It all started in Copenhagen, in a small premises with two employees. The focus was on well-cooked salads mainly from the Mediterranean.
Production was later moved to Sweden, but with continued deep roots in Denmark, where the strong passion and love for well-cooked salads has grown together with the demand of specialities around the world.
